Variable Comfort Solutions provides HVAC services including but not limited to heating, cooling, air quality solutions, installation, repair, and maintenance services in Huntington, WV and surrounding areas.
All service work is performed according to written estimates and work orders. Changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
We provide warranties on our workmanship and installed equipment as specified in your service agreement. Warranty terms vary by service type and equipment manufacturer specifications.
Variable Comfort Solutions' liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business operations.
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to work areas, accurate information about existing systems, and timely payment according to agreed terms. Customers must notify us of any concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Emergency services may be subject to additional charges.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods and offer financing options through approved partners.

Maintenance agreement terms are specified in separate maintenance contracts. These agreements include specific terms for service frequency, covered items, and pricing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of West Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Cabell County, West Virginia.
Variable Comfort Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
